Quick guide to a perfect BBQ

So it’s a bank holiday weekend here in the UK, which often means it’s BBQ time. We are all hoping for some nice warm sunshine, but being Brits, we don’t expect it will actually happen. But we plan the barbecue anyway – we’ll have one in the rain if we have to! My husband used to love doing a BBQ in the snow when we lived in the north part of New York state (where it snowed a lot!)

Well, let’s hope that there’s no rain or snow this weekend…And if you decide to break out the barbecue, here is a lovely infographic to help you get your barbecue just right. It has top tips, fun facts, useful cooking times and a lovely recipe for jambalaya.

Top BBQ Tips

Here’s a link to the recipe, to save you time looking it up! Let me know if you try it.
I’d also love to know who stays outside grilling in the rain, and who retreats to the kitchen…80% seems pretty high to me! Please comment below, and also add any tips of your own.

Whatever you end up doing this weekend, I hope you enjoy yourself. The Time Fairy
